To provide tailored workout plans, calculate fitness metrics (such as BMI and calorie burn), and personalize your user experience, you may choose to provide personal fitness data directly within the App:

- Body Metrics & Profile Information: Weight, Height, Gender, and Date of Birth / Year of Birth.

- Fitness & Workout Records: Workout activity logs, completed exercises, training duration, calories burned (kcal), daily progress, and weekly workout goals.

- App Preferences: Workout reminder times, sound/TTS settings, and preferred measurement units (Metric: kg/cm or Imperial: lb/ft).

 

Data Storage Notice: All user-provided profile metrics, health data, workout history, and reminders are stored 100% locally on your mobile device using local device storage (SQLite Database and SharedPreferences). We do not transmit, sync, back up, or store your personal health data on any cloud servers or external databases owned by us.

 

B. Information Automatically Collected by Third-Party SDKs

While we do not collect or store personal data on external servers, the App integrates trusted third-party SDKs for advertising, ad performance measurement, and app functionality. These third-party services may collect device-level technical identifiers automatically:

- Device & Technical Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID), Android ID, IP address, device brand and model, operating system version, and system language settings.

- Ad Interaction & Diagnostic Data: Ad impressions, clicks, performance data, and basic app usage statistics for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention.

- To Serve Advertisements: Displaying banner, interstitial, native, and app-open advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network).

- To Ensure Security & Improve Performance: Detecting technical issues, preventing ad fraud, and ensuring app stability across different device types.

 

 

4. DATA STORAGE, RETENTION & PROTECTION POLICY (GOOGLE PLAY COMPLIANT)

 

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies regarding User Data, we explicitly disclose our data retention and storage practices:

 

A. Local Data Retention Period

- Storage Location: All personal health data, body metrics, workout history, and reminder preferences are stored exclusively on your device's local memory.

- Retention Duration: Local data is retained on your device for as long as the App remains installed on your device, or until you choose to clear your data or reset your progress within the App.

- Cloud Retention: We do not retain, backup, or store any of your personal identification or health data on external cloud servers or databases.

 

B. Third-Party Ad Network Retention

Third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network) retain collected technical identifiers (such as Advertising IDs and IP addresses) in accordance with their independent privacy policies and applicable regulatory retention periods (typically ranging from 30 days to 24 months for analytics, security, and fraud prevention purposes).

 

 

5. DATA DELETION & USER CONTROL

 

You have full ownership and control over your data. Because all personal data is stored locally on your mobile device, you can permanently delete your data at any time through any of the following methods:

 

1. In-App Reset & Profile Edit: You can edit or reset your profile metrics (Weight, Height, Gender, Birth Date) and workout logs directly within the App settings.

2. Clear App Storage via Device Settings:

   - Open your Android device Settings.

   - Go to Apps or Application Manager > Select Home Workout for Women Fitness.

   - Tap Storage & Cache.

   - Select Clear Data / Clear Storage. This action will immediately and permanently erase all stored weight history, workout logs, reminders, and app preferences from your device.

3. Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the App from your device automatically and permanently deletes all local databases, files, and stored settings associated with the App.

6. DEVICE PERMISSIONS DISCLOSURE

 

The App requests specific system permissions to deliver core fitness features and ad functionality:

- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the App to verify network connectivity and load third-party ad content.

- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Allows advertising SDKs (AdMob / Meta) to access the Google Advertising ID on Android 13+ for ad personalization and measurement.

- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows the App to post local notifications for your scheduled workout reminders on Android 13+.

- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Allows the App to automatically reschedule your local workout reminder alarms whenever your device reboots.

 

 

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

 

The App is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information within the App, please contact us at videapps11@gmail.com so that we can assist you in taking prompt corrective action.

 

 

8. SECURITY

 

We value your trust in providing us your information. Since all personal health metrics are stored locally on your device, your data is protected by your device's built-in security controls. We encourage you to keep your device updated and protected with secure device lock settings.
