Privacy Policy for Ravexor: Shadow Hunter

Effective date: October 25, 2026
Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ravexor: Shadow Hunter (the "App"), published by Vide Apps ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use the App on Android. Please read it together with the policies of the third-party services listed in section 3.

If you have any question about this policy, contact us at videapps11@gmail.com.

Summary

    • The App is a single-player stealth game. You can play it offline, and there is no account, sign-in, chat, or in-app purchase.

    • Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device. We do not run any server of our own, and we do not receive your progress or any personal information from the App.

    • The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager, including ads supplied through our advertising partner GameADzone. The Google Mobile Ads SDK in the App collects some device data to show and measure ads, as described below.

    • The App uses Firebase Remote Config to receive ad settings without an app update.

    • The App uses no analytics and no crash reporting, and it does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files.

    • Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent before ads use your data, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information stored on your device by the App

The App saves the following on your device so that the game remembers where you are. It is never sent to us.

    • Game progress: levels completed, stars earned, coins and gems, characters and weapons unlocked and selected, your daily reward streak and the date you last claimed it, and a level in progress (so that you can continue it after the App is closed).

    • Settings: sound effect, music and vibration levels, graphics quality, frame rate, and whether you have seen the tutorial.

    • Ad frequency records: when the last app-open ad was shown and how many rewarded ads you have watched today. These are used only to limit how often ads appear.

If you have Android's backup turned on, your game progress and settings may be included in your device backup to your Google account or in a transfer to a new device. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings. The ad frequency records are not included.

1.2 Information collected by Google for advertising

The App shows banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager). When the App requests or shows an ad, the SDK may collect and send to Google:

    • Device identifiers: the Android advertising ID and the app set ID.

    • IP address, from which Google may estimate your approximate location (for example, country or city). The App itself never requests or reads your device's location.

    • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, network type, and the App's name and version.

    • Ad interactions: which ads were requested and shown, ad taps, and rewards earned.

    • Diagnostic and performance information: for example, ad loading times and errors.

On Android devices that support it, the SDK may also use Android's Privacy Sandbox features (Topics and Attribution reporting), which provide ad-interest and measurement signals without sharing your activity across apps in the same way an advertising ID does.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, to limit how often an ad is shown, to prevent fraud and abuse, and — only where you have allowed it — to show personalized ads.

Some ads are supplied by GameADzone, an advertising partner of Google Ad Manager, through ad units that run in Google Ad Manager. These ads are requested by the same Google Mobile Ads SDK and involve the same information described above. GameADzone may receive reporting about those ads (for example, numbers of ad requests, impressions, and clicks) under its own privacy policy.

We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. We see only aggregated reports, such as the total number of ads shown and earnings.

1.3 Information collected by Firebase Remote Config

The App uses Firebase Remote Config (a Google service) to download settings that control ads, for example which ad formats are switched on and how often they may appear. To do this, Firebase uses a Firebase installation ID (a random identifier for this installation of the App), your IP address, and basic device and app information such as the App version and device language. This information is used only to deliver the configuration. It is not used by us for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

1.4 Consent information

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for and record your advertising consent choices where the law requires them. Your choices are stored on your device and sent with ad requests so that Google can respect them.

1.5 Information we do not collect

The App does not:

    • ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information;

    • access your precise location, contacts, photos, media, files, camera, or microphone;

    • use analytics services or crash-reporting services;

    • offer chat, multiplayer, or any feature where you can share content with other people;

    • offer in-app purchases or collect payment information.

2. How the information is used

Information Purpose

Game progress and settings (on your device) To run the game and remember your progress and preferences

Ad frequency records (on your device) To limit how often ads are shown to you

Advertising ID, app set ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions To show, limit, and measure ads; to prevent fraud; and, with your consent where required, to personalize ads

Firebase installation ID, IP address, app information To deliver ad settings to the App

Consent choices To respect your advertising choices

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy:

    • Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager — How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy

    • Google User Messaging Platform (consent) — Google Privacy Policy

    • Firebase Remote Config — Privacy and Security in Firebase

    • GameADzone (advertising partner) — GameADzone Privacy Policy

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone ourselves. The information described in sections 1.2 to 1.4 is collected directly by Google (and, for reporting, by GameADzone) through their SDKs and services in the App, for the purposes described above.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, but in practice we hold no personal information about you to disclose.

5. Your choices and rights

    • Advertising consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions where it is required): when you first open the App, Google's consent form asks whether ads may use your data. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options in the App.

    • Personalized ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalization, in your Android device settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads; the exact path depends on your device). You can also manage your Google ad settings at My Ad Center.

    • Privacy Sandbox: on supported devices you can manage ad topics and measurement in Settings → Privacy → Ads privacy.

    • Deleting your data: to delete your game progress, settings, and ad frequency records, clear the App's storage (Settings → Apps → Ravexor: Shadow Hunter → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the App. Because we keep no copy on any server and there is no account, there is nothing else for us to delete. Data collected by Google is handled under Google's policies and controls linked in section 3.

For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): the legal bases for processing are your consent for personalized advertising and for storing or accessing information on your device for advertising, and our legitimate interests in providing a free, ad-supported game, showing non-personalized ads, limiting how often ads appear, and preventing fraud. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For users in California and other U.S. states with privacy laws: some of these laws may treat the use of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time by turning off ad personalization or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings, as described above. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a question, contact us at videapps11@gmail.com. Because we do not hold personal information about you, most requests are best handled through the controls above or by Google directly.

6. Data retention

Game progress, settings, and ad frequency records stay on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. We do not keep any copy. Information collected by Google and Firebase is kept for the periods described in their policies linked in section 3.

7. Security

All network requests made by the App and its SDKs use encrypted connections (HTTPS); the App does not allow unencrypted traffic. Data stored by the App on your device is kept in the App's private storage, which other apps cannot read. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we keep the information the App handles to the minimum the game needs.

8. Device permissions

The App does not ask you for any permission while you play. Its Android manifest declares only these permissions, which are granted automatically at install:

Permission Why

Internet access (INTERNET) To load ads and download ad settings. The game itself works without it.

View network connections (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) Lets the ad SDK check whether a connection is available before it requests an ad.

Vibration (VIBRATE) Short vibrations during play. You can turn them off in Settings.

Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) Added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to read the advertising ID for ads.

Ad services (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS) Added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to use Android's Privacy Sandbox ad APIs on devices that support them.

Keep device awake (WAKE_LOCK) Added by Android's background task library, which the ad SDK uses for short background work.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the App are limited to content rated for teens (T) or lower. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and that personal information has been collected, contact us at videapps11@gmail.com and we will help you remove it, including by working with Google where needed.

10. International transfers

Google, Firebase, and GameADzone may process the information described above on servers in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country. These providers use safeguards required by law for such transfers, as described in their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when the App or the services it uses change. The updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also mention it in the App's Google Play listing. Please check this page from time to time.
